This Privacy Policy explains how Opsperi ("Opsperi", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Opsperi field-operations platform and its messaging integrations, including the WhatsApp Business Platform and email.

1. Who we are

Opsperi provides a multi-tenant field-service operations platform used by service companies to manage work orders, site surveys, quotes, purchases, and billing. Each customer company (our "tenant") is the controller of its own operational data; Opsperi acts as the platform operator and data processor on their behalf.

4. Automated processing (AI)

To draft work orders, the text of an incoming message may be sent to a third-party AI provider (currently OpenAI) which extracts structured fields such as a suggested title, customer, and location. The AI receives only the message content needed for this task and does not make final decisions — a human always reviews the suggestion before it becomes a work order.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that make the platform work:

6. Data storage and security

Data is hosted on servers located in the European Union (Germany). Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest, access is restricted, and traffic is protected with TLS. Each tenant's data is logically isolated from other tenants.

7. Data retention

Operational records are kept for as long as the tenant needs them for their service and billing history, and as required by applicable law. Message data ingested for work-order creation is retained as part of the resulting operational record. Data is deleted on request where there is no overriding legal obligation to retain it.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and/or the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, or to request deletion of data associated with your WhatsApp number or email, contact info@opsperi.com. Requests are typically actioned within 30 days.

9. Children

The platform is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Opsperi ("Opsperi", "biz") olarak Opsperi saha operasyonları platformunu ve WhatsApp Business Platform ile e-posta gibi mesajlaşma entegrasyonlarını kullandığınızda bilgileri nasıl topladığımızı, kullandığımızı, sakladığımızı ve koruduğumuzu açıklar.

1. Biz kimiz

Opsperi; servis firmalarının iş emri, keşif, teklif, satın alma ve hakediş süreçlerini yönetmesini sağlayan çok kiracılı (multi-tenant) bir saha operasyonları platformudur. Her müşteri firma (kiracı), kendi operasyonel verilerinin veri sorumlusudur; Opsperi platform işletmecisi ve onlar adına veri işleyen taraf olarak hareket eder.

4. Otomatik işleme (Yapay Zekâ)

İş emri taslağı oluşturmak için gelen mesajın metni, yapılandırılmış alanları (önerilen başlık, müşteri, konum gibi) çıkaran üçüncü taraf bir yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına (şu anda OpenAI) gönderilebilir. Yapay zekâ yalnızca bu görev için gereken mesaj içeriğini alır ve nihai kararı vermez; öneri iş emrine dönüşmeden önce her zaman bir insan tarafından incelenir.

5. Bilgileri kimlerle paylaşırız

Kişisel verileri satmayız. Verileri yalnızca platformun çalışmasını sağlayan hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşırız:

6. Veri saklama ve güvenlik

Veriler Avrupa Birliği'nde (Almanya) bulunan sunucularda barındırılır. Hassas kimlik bilgileri şifreli olarak saklanır, erişim kısıtlıdır ve trafik TLS ile korunur. Her kiracının verisi diğer kiracılardan mantıksal olarak izole edilir.

7. Verilerin saklanma süresi

Operasyonel kayıtlar, kiracının servis ve hakediş geçmişi için ihtiyaç duyduğu süre boyunca ve ilgili mevzuatın gerektirdiği kadar saklanır. İş emri oluşturmak için alınan mesaj verisi, ortaya çıkan operasyonel kaydın bir parçası olarak tutulur. Saklamayı gerektiren üstün bir yasal yükümlülük yoksa veriler talep üzerine silinir.

8. Haklarınız

Bulunduğunuz yere bağlı olarak, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve/veya AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında; kişisel verilerinize erişme, bunları düzeltme veya silme ve belirli işlemelere itiraz etme haklarına sahip olabilirsiniz. Bu hakları kullanmak veya WhatsApp numaranız ya da e-postanızla ilişkili verilerin silinmesini talep etmek için info@opsperi.com adresiyle iletişime geçin. Talepler genellikle 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.

9. Çocuklar

Platform kurumsal kullanım içindir ve 16 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir.

10. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler yukarıdaki "Son güncelleme" tarihi güncellenerek yansıtılır.
